Our storage and distribution department ensures meeting the quality standards of its facilities and products. We provide the approved quality system for the storage and distribution of healthcare products. Our warehouses are equipped according to GDP standards to ensure that our operations fully meet every requirement.
Our professional finance department are responsible of managing all finance activities such as book keeping , budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis, and insuring healthy cash flow.
Supply Chain & Logistics
Our supply chain and logistics team are well trained and highly experienced in trading regulations all over the region, to ensure getting the right product into the right consumer’s hands in the right quantity and at the right time. They are responsible for placing purchase orders and specifying the required documentation, arranging and managing the shipping process, clearing the goods and ensuring that good transportation meet the international storage and shipping guidelines.
Our products are delivered in compliance with the European Good Distribution Practices. We prioritize quality and work to provide patients with high-quality medications that will fulfill their needs. We ensure that our products undergo qualified facilities and delivery to the end consumers.
HR & Training
We have a healthy human resources department that contributes to the growth of the organization and is responsible for managing the employee life cycle (i.e., recruiting, training, planning, organizing, staffing, leading, controlling, and administering employee benefits).​​​​​​ Afaq believes in training as the only way to develop professional teams who can excel in their job. Our trainings provide several coaching courses to all employees that meet their job requirements and business challenges. 
We have successfully improved the distribution of our products to the market by cooperating closely with regulatory and healthcare authorities. Our practices are not only governed by established standards that we abide by, but they are also regulated by them. Afaq has a specialized and well-trained team with extensive experience in the international pharmaceutical guidelines and regulations and are responsible to complete the registration process throughout the whole MENA region in a timely manner.
